Started Legend of the Galactic Heroes (14/07/23), pray for me.
I bet a lot of, if not most, AoT fans don't interact that much with the anime community and are not even aware of the hate.
At least that's the case with most of my friends.
Shingeki was pretty popular already with the first season, but having it come back 4 years later felt like a miracle. On the other hand though, it became such a phenomenom that it stands tall along BnH and its similars as the super mainstream anime series of the decade.

It'll take some getting use to - especially as I'm too used to Jigen being the dad of the group whereas now he sounds the youngest. But I'm sure it'll grow on me.

You think Batou sounds young? That guy has had old man voice since at least the 90's. Sure he's 20 years younger than the last guy, which makes him about the same age as the other VA's, but dude still has one hell of a deep voice.

I know this isn't strictly anime news, but on the Viz still for Aizen's trial that they just released, I am finding way too many dumbfucks unironically simping for Aizen because of how bad Soul Society is. I mean, it's bad, but Aizen and Ywach are worse.
