Okay that actually looks good. But isn't Shenmue all about failing to reach its potential at this point? I honestly expect the show to have an Endless Eight style arc about forklifting. At least the fights look cool, for the little amount of them there are in the game.

Am I finally going to be able to find those out of print manga volumes finally? Or is it going to be even harder now?

Why do you think it's a bad thing?
The manga is great, and it shouldn't be hard to translate into anime. There's a lot of talk-talk, but also enough punch-punch to keep it from being boring. I can understand some trepidation - Tsukihime should have been easy to turn into an anime - but saying it's terrible news straight out doesn't make sense to me.
The way things go, going into anime has few benefits- color, voice acting, soundtrack, yadda yadda. But most of the time, none of these are done well enough to be worth the downsides, which may include: simplified, worsened artstyle for production ease, which is understandable; rushed plots and storylines, half-assed animation, and in anything with a lot of dialogue, you either go the way of Shaft or it doesn't matter at all that you went anime in the first place. Then there are a myriad of smaller problems that stem from the key differences between manga and anime as mediums. And usually, there is too much lost in translation.

Spoiler:
That seems overly cynical. There's definitely some anime adaptations that are widely praised and even seen to improve on the original. Demon Slayer for instance wildly propelled the popularity of the original manga thanks to ufotable's top-tier animation and even fleshing out certain moments more. Or JoJo which cut a few things but is generally considered by fans to be a very faithful adaptation.
Yeah, all of that is right, which is why I said most of the time. But those examples are mere exceptions that lead the industry, and that sort of thing happens for 1 in every hundred adaptations.

Spoiler:
in order to be get animated by Ufo, a manga must be praised by Kinoko officially.
and Jojo anime staff are consist of Jojo readers including VA.
Adaptations of older works tend to be more faithful to the source material as well.

Whenever one of my favourites gets an anime adaptation I end up hating it, but also I am a horrid gatekeeping hipster who prefers as few people as possible know about them so I can recommend them to people without everyone going "oh yeah, I watched the anime of that". Also, if I see someone in an MMO with a name like "No1 Crez@nt" or "YuuhiTheKiller" I think I might literally spontaneously combust.

It's easier when you're not racing against the source material.

I personally think animes benefit Light Novels more than manga, but that's mostly because I struggle to get into light novels in general.

I used to be like this a bit, but then I realized it wasn't worth my annoyance, and more fans is typically good.
Sonny Boy Director Shingo Natsume Explains Why The Anime Has No Monologues
It's something that people bring up quite bit with the Fate anime, so it's interesting to hear the thoughts of a director on why he didn't for his work.
Spoiler:
Funny that the Sonny Boy Natsume interview where he talks about monologues is posted now that we're talking adaptations. Since in regard to the previous comment saying anime adaptations are better for LN than manga, I disagree.
I'd say it goes: Manga>LN>gacha>VN. Why? A manga is already visual and you have the panels to help. Doesn't tend to rely as much in monologuing as there's not as much page space for it. So it helps for an anime. LN? If there's magic and it's complex, you gotta figure out how it looks in your own. All the monologues and descriptions that can't easily be conveyed visually mean the anime either loses a lot from the source, or it becomes too slow for many people and too full of monologues (which Shingo Natsume has pointed out as a problem and lots of people agree)
VN has mostly the problems of LNs with the added complications of multiple routes. And for gacha, the problem is most of them don't have a personality for their MC, so you gotta add one and if you want to avoid altering the plot too much or alienating the fanbase, you end up with a bland MC (see Gudao in FGO anime). There's also the fact gacha have LOTS of characters who aren't explored or developed in the main plot, but substories, bonding events and such, so an anime that needs to be focused on the main plot ends up feeling like it has a lot of characters who aren't explored at all and don't matter
