The latest parts of the manga seem to indicate Ohkubo's problem isn't so much with the very existence of the establishment as it is with the fact that the "wrong" sort of establishment are guiding the development of humanity. I don't like how it undercuts the 8th's whole raison d'etre and the message the manga was previously sending.

Thing is, in a lot of these series, that's kind of de facto, even if the author doesn't mean it because it really is the few heroes that we, the readers, get attached to that do the really important work. Everyone else just rides that momentum. Not about this series. Just in general.

Based on what I've read prior, both, though Kondo has tried to pathetically claim that he had no idea his tax evasion would cause Ufo trouble.
Ufo specifically evaded taxes on cafes they ran and merch from 2015-2018 if I remember correctly.

Well, I know what show I'm going to be overly critical of next season. Did you see that corner scrum in the 1st PV? No one even bothered to hit her. Her head was down the whole time. That's how you get a career ending injury while still in your teens. Also, that first goal the goalie just stood there like a putz, didn't even take a ready stance. I love how it looks like Team Canada are the main villains though.
