Well, apparently Helga is going to be appearing in this, and Masada got inspiration from Interview With A Vampire. Oh, and that girl's name (the one that is together with Wilhelm on the website art) is Claudia Jerusalem. That's pretty much all that I know.

I'm afraid it isn't like that. From what I have gotten from the description on Light's page, while it is a kinda flashback of Bey (well, it's an interview, technically) before heading to Suwahara, the plot itself takes place before Beast and company sacrifice all of Berlin to establish Gladsheimr as an independent realm.
There's some rumours of it dealing with the renmants of the Tendou Hisouten, aside from Wilhelm's story, which is something I'd like to see.
The other LDO members will definately get some screentime. I will be very mad if they don't. Specially Sakurai Musashi (First Gen Tubal Cain).

Dies Irae is scheduled for 2017 as a tv series and they're trying to make it more than 14 episodes.
Dies Irae is also getting a manga adaptation and a novelization.

I've been hearing about this and getting second- and thirdhand scraps on it for a while, which has been enough to pique my interest. Nice to know it will finally be getting a format I can experience. Now I just have to hope a good sub group picks it up.
This is exactly how I feel. It sounds like this thing I would reallly love, but I can't experience because I don't know Japanese and the VN's japanese is so complicated that a proper translation would be almost impossible and require too much effort, so I can't read it. The animu is going to finally allow me to experience this. I'm so happy

The joke is that Dies Irae is written in Japanese for toddlers and the moogy hit squad has just been trolling everybody this whole time.
So that one person has subbed the Drama CD covering the events of 1939 that led to the forming of the LDO proper.
