Difficult to say without having read all the novels, but it seems to be a combination of elements from the novels and the movies.
Old news, I've read it and is alright, maybe it doesn't impress me because I've already read the novels and watched the movies.
Is a good manga, I like Kirie's design there. I'm wondering how they will adapt Spiral Paradox.
