    Orange is the new Black, or: lesbian prison adventures

    I looked through the forum and couldnt find a thread for this show, so apologies if there is one and it was just hidden so well that I couldnt find it but I just finished the new season and need an outlet

    Season 3. I loved the backstories we got this time brcause any backstory that isnt Pipers is already a plus in my book. What I absolutely hated was the Healy/Red storyline, because jesus christ every scene about their romance-notromance is so incredibly boring. His interactions with Pennsetucky were way more entertaining.

    Gloria, Sophia and Norma became a lot more interesting this season. The hate crime on Sophia felt especially heartwrenching to watch.

    And I dont care what others say about her annoying ways but I love Soso just because she feels like a literal parody of me

    but goddamn those Bennet abs. I see why you fell for him Daya

    She's a stone cold bitch. I heard she was a lot nicer in season one but I can't remember anything remotely involving season one.

    The camerapeople couldnt film Bennet anymore after that half naked dance scene. Its only understandable that he had to leave tbh

    And Poussey felt way too unimportant this season. Poussey > Leanne (or Piper..) drama anyday

    season 4 plot: nicky and claudette meet in max security and hatch a daring escape plan. in which they drive over larry in the season finale, killing him. this happens to be larry's only appearance in the season

    you guys know that Piper is a real person, right? This is based on her experience in prison for exactly the crime that happened in the show.

    like, larry is also based on a real person. he's still a terrible character. i guess piper is not as bad as him, but she's still really uninteresting

    i guess it's interesting that she's turning evil now, but i still cant take her seriously whenever she tries to act stone cold

    But yeah, Red (Kate Mulgrew) is fabulous. And Big Boo is also great.

    Also, holy shit, I just discovered Kate Mulgrew also voiced Flemeth in Dragon Age.

    Pornstaches mom is probably coming back next season with Daya's baby not having anywhere to stay besides a protectory (can babies even be put in a protectory)
