If Wasif was turned to ash, then he is long gone. The only resurrection magic available to the general populace is Raise Dead, and that requires a body. Something like True Resurrection could be possible if it was the goal of a new adventure.
Naamah can be similarly raised, but she was left behind in the tomb, was she not?
Returning Menet-Ka characters will have the chance to undertake up to two "downtime activities" that encapsulate what they have been up to since we last saw them. You could use one of yours on retrieving Naamah, potentially. She may be too far into the tomb to retrieve without air.

On an unrelated note: I've decided I want to try running the LMoP starter set on roll20 after my exams are finished next month, since I think it's a really good, short adventure.
