There's actually quite a few members in the top tier who have been or are currently on extended leaves of absence in one way or another: as well as Mike and the recent ban-ees, there's also Tech, Spy, Beam, and terra perhaps most significantly. I haven't quite fought my way back onto the first page of frequent posters, but I've had about eighteen months out from this forum during my time here too.
