What makes you think it's not also Merodach?
Ragnarok, come day of wrath
That fallen souls might bear our plea.
To hasten the Divine's return.
O piteous Wanderer.
Do we have visuals on Merodach?

What if Gram is Merodach?
It's a conspiracy I tells ya!
But it's not, because we know it isn't
How do you tell them apart?
By looking at the text.
Forumghost's picture says the thing there is Gram.
The thing Gil pulled out is Merodach.
Fair enough.
I dont think you need to put that in the fic because thats exactly what happened in Fate route.
But you know, not many people have read Fate Route.

I suppose I will have to read it carefully on some parts. My work is not exactly dependant on the Fate Route aside from the prologue, but there are some dialogues that are worth remembering to develop Shirou's character. For example, I'm not sure if it was in the Fate Route or just in the DEEN adaptation (oooooo the unspeakable one O_O), but I think the joke of "People die when they are killed" comes from Shirou's answer to wether or not he would use the grail to bing back the dead from the Fuyuki Fire.
Its just a mistranslation/idiom because its supposed to mean "People who die should stay dead" which became a really unfunny meme.
