Yeah, Necromancy fucks over Battle Continuation and similar skills since it works like Evaporation of Sanity, where you technically already have the buff but there's a non-100% chance for said buff to activate.

Agreed. I don't want to deal with rando-dodge passives. Even on my Servants since it makes fighting really difficult and up to the whims of RNG. That's why I don't use and believe in Brave Liz since her third skill's completely up to RNG and I don't see Enkidu's secondary buff portion as meaningful in a general sense (it's nice if it aligns with the cards available but never a priority impact). To an extent, I also treat Astolfo's third skill as negligible in all cases except as an NP gen source.

Necromancy's ability is a rando - guts passive.
Most of the time that I use that CE, I end up dead.

This is golden...
1) Enemies never have CEs equipped, and that's a good thing.
2) Random low HP guts at least wouldn't have the "lol your NP just got completely invalidated by RNG, have fun savescumming" factor that a random dodge would provide.
Because I don't know when to quit and still desperately hold a candle for Raikou, I'm going to speed rush EoR Chapter 3 for quartz.
The problem though is the showdown battles, I'm still stuck at Tomoe and can't seem to breakthrough. The A.I also seems smarter since it doesn't want to go for invincible Servants no matter how much I close the game or trigger skills.

I used Jeanne for that fight, the repeated cleansings helped cut down on Inferno's burn stacking.
Also don't neglect Halloween completely, it has a bunch of quartz/tickets.

I have Jeanne on NA sadly. And I saw, I'm trying to juggle the two if I can. Musashi and Okita are 30K some bond points away from giving their last 3 quartz each so I wanna take advantage of bond bonus if I can.

Can't believe I'm saying this because I love Musashi, but let Musashi die first or let her release the NP for damage before she can die. Place her on front for Tomoe to target her first and foremost. If she did not target her, place a taunt debuff on her if you can after using her NP.
