i find gil a lot more consistent than ishtar and i like consistency when i'm farming
50% np gain up makes up for the 30% charge skill if youre starting from 0
star attract is great especially in nodes like the saber alter one where the other archers in your party are being lame and hogging stars and you have a kinda crappy CEs on everyone
for stuff where you can freely choose your team comp though ishtar's better
upgrade for the rest of gil's skills pls

Dont really care for the golden rule on gil? Having 50% NP charge instead of 30% NP charge affects your gameplan a lot more than accounting for np rates.

granted i havent used Gil for a long time now. And i'm only really familiar with Tesla through Cirno page (i do remember farming some event with him and him being rather good even before his update).

Speaking of NP charges, it bugs me that the majority of starting NP charge CEs are 50% but at the highest cost of 12. The only CE off the top of my head with the lowest cost for that same starting charge is Leyline.

That's why you card count, and use MA Mystic Code for shuffling the entire distribution of your deck. I usually do this on the 2nd turn because I can then figure out the last hand I'll be dealt. Aside from MA Mystic Code, you can also trigger a new deck handout by the death of a Servant. Arash being the obvious example, lol.

Speaking of 3 turn stuff, I just finished writing 3 turn, or the best possible, setups for all the farming mats trying only to use FP gacha and event welfare Servants. Quartz gacha CEs are practically required, though I think most people here should have enough Hollow Magic anyway.
