Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
I'm thinking Echidna and maybe Amatsu-Mikaboshi as potential candidates for Beasts.
Tiamat
Beast of Revelation
Vritra
Orochi
Echidna
Jormungandr
Apep
All are primordial serpents/dragons from all kinds of mythologies from around the world, and each one could each definitely fit one of the "sins of humanity" mentioned before to qualify as a Beast.
Nasuverse in a Nutshell
"この男、散歩で来やがった!"
the altera memes will never die
So I reread the stuffs from the mysterious Solomon hater

Exact 7 sins were listed so here's my current speculations:
Tiamat (killed/being killed by their children?)
Mother Harlot with Nero's face (antichrist/despite faith? 100% canon, Koha-Ace confirmed)
9 tailed Tamamo (treachery? I dun wanna believe it but Amaterasu called herself just that and emphasized the fact that Tamamo got betrayed by humans and transformed into a big evil to kill humans and destroyed many countries, so...don't do it to me Nasu)
Prototype Beast (???)

It's beast IV but beast IV doesn't have to be the fourth line of what was said.
neither is what was said in the tablet necessarily the 7 evils.

I kinda want raid boss 9 tails Tamamo just to see Accel Burner's inevitable meltdown on reddit.
