I believe JetKinen is correct.
Her profile
Though, all that stuff about how she's an existence meant to manifest and act only once seems weird considering her Bond CE. I interpreted her Bond CE as her endless, lonesome job for the CF, including the sword gaining sentience after being used for so long. Confusing, but maybe the event's epilogue and her locked profile section will clear this up.
I was expecting something more outlandish tbh
Okita's circumstances don't seem dire enough to me that she'd make a contract with CF. Wait for spoiler I guess.

I mean my real understanding of this is that this is post-koha/ace and once Okita became Okita Alter there she instantly went through the "ideal maximum" path that Okita could possibly had and thats who we get in Grand Order.
Like she says she has barely any memories of it because she was essentially created on the spot as the adult being that killed Neo-Fuhrer
But thats the understanding of someone who can't understand japanese

Also she died a sad death of tuberculosis.
I can see she forming a pact while terminally ill.
My understanding of that flashback during the fight with Regular Okita was that she was sick as a kid and her sister prayed to Amida to save her which resulted in the world going lol k but she has to work for me one time after death though
Like Koto says, Hijikata notes that Okita's sister once told him Okita almost died from her sickness during childhood and manage to survive miraculously. Ryouma muse that the Counter-Force might have forced her into contract in exchange for a chance to live and has come to collect the debt and use her as a one-time bomb to deal with the 1945 crisis we are facing now.
Well that depends. Who initates the contract? The World or the Counter Guardian?
Also this does answer something I've seen asked before. Why do we not see Heroic Spirits, these people with great regrets don't make deals more often? Well they can it seems, just it's not really gonna make a difference.

So, if CG OKITA is destined to disappear from the throne of heroes, would she also disappear from the moon cell's records?
(I guess I can ask a similar question for Solomon)

Ah back to this, just hit me so I wanted to give a reason why, no not a reason but to just put stuff into perspective. As for what I'm talking about is this, this isn't the first time an NP has been based on a purely adjective writing of praise and glory that has been applied to many heroes. Gate of Babylon.
Gil's whole skill-set, abilties, even character are all based on a simple phrase from his epic that was only there to say this man is just an awesome king, it's pretty much a throwaway line and yet it's a large part of his character. Achilles is the same, his stuff on his speed is only there to describe how good this man was, but they took that and made it into an ability, tho comparably its at least better then Gil. Now why they did these things? Mostly because it's interesting but I also think it's because they are supposed to be big and amazing heroes, which Is why they take these descriptions and exxagerating it into things much larger, because simply that's what's heroes all about really, there supposed to exxargerations so they took that and worked it futher. Basically for me I'm fine with Achilles having comet-speed because at least it's not the anywhere near as a change that happened with Him. It's a consolation but its still something.
Also about the immortality thing, I want to say it's not as simple as reality and legend for Achilles case, because simply there are no reality to him. Even if you want to take the Illiad as a reality it to is just a myth, it's not anymore real then the legends the Romans wrote even if it's older, because even Homer was just passing down stories, he never fully witnessed the battle of Troy for himself after all. How much of it is original or what he added to make a narrative we have no idea. So yeah in Achilles case it's not a case of mixing reality with legends, but just the mixing of different legends. Because ultimately no matter how many specks of truth it may have, it is just a story. That's how I see it anyhow.

Does the CF know that countries besides Japan also exist?
