Koyanskaya is really just all talk in this chapter, seeing how she got her ass whooped hard despite her boasts.
Her hands were kinda tied, so.
Plus hey, her getting owned these past two chapters is just moe.
My Fanfics. Read 'em. Or not.McJon01: We all know that the real reason Archer would lose to Rider is because the events of his own Holy Grail War left him with a particular weakness toward "older sister" types.
So after being captured by QSH, Koyan's evilness dropped massively (I guess that means a huge set back for her plan to go Beast) and she thought she became soft and has been touring India LB for awhile with no purpose. She was mad at herself for not blowing up the Shadow Border with a bomb when she visit it by the end of LB3 to leave the antidote. So she must regain her evil villain status by doing business in LB4.
From her observation, Kali monsters are good stuffs for the situation. The condition of the LB is very good and it is why leaving this LB alone is a good idea. Back in China LB it was too order, like, complete order, no chaos at all, so it was no fun. So going back to her starting point about the love of humanity, Chaldea is the big one. She said that LB4 is extremely gentle to the living but at the same time extremely strict when it comes to goodness, and just a tiny mistake and you're out of reincarnation cycle as per the law of god, and that is because of Arjuna Alter the "god of unitary power" who is no fun, and at the end an unsightly ruthless one.
Then she throws an insult towards a monk (I would assume Gatou, since Pepe referenced him later on), calling him a shitty monk whose face that this kind of god won't even bother. Maybe Gatou approached her and did the "be my kami-sama" like with Arc in Extra idk, but I think this shitty monk is most likely Gatou.

I mean, she can't/don't want to turn Beast here since it would just turn her into something very similar to Golden Fox. Her aim is to become a different one that can unsurp the Original. Plus after being captured by QSH she lost a lot of villain credibility lol. Like, when I read comments on twitter or JP wiki everyone was like get this moe bitch over here she's not scary anymore.
I think it's pretty safe to assume Tama will be Beast VI L or R, while Nero / Harlot be the other
Then we got a space left for Beast V and another for Beast VII

"Yama... Ah, the Yama Heaven.
Judging the dead? What sort of jest is that?
Death is consumed. Life is an offering.
Allowing such a freedom for the dead is a transgression that does not exist in my world.
Therefore I ate.
But, how unappetizing. This is proof I ate something unappeitizing."

"Don't come out too much. This isn't your land. Didn't I tell you not to drink raw water from our destination?"

You could argue that he is either related to Buddhism, or he is another god related to death and the underworld.
And the second option there has some
potentially far more interesting consequences

then again its pretty old speculation anyway
I've read a few discussions on this over demolition forum. There was one guy speculating that since this person mentioned Yamaten, he might be Japanese. Then another person replied saying that the whole eating death and such are not very Japanese, and that the definition of Yamaten actually did not come from Japan but China, so either Chinese or "a country where Yamaten is what people would think of when they hear the name Yama.
Then again, idk if Death God would be appropriate candidate for Grand Servant, considering we already got the guy with Angel of Death as his NP being Grand Assassin
"Death is consumed. Life is an offering" sounds kinda like the logic behind the aztec human sacrifices to me tbh
Basically the impression these people got was that the first line this guy said seems to be "hmm did you just say Yama? That Yamaten? ohhhh". So either that this guy instantly thinks of Yamaten cuz it is in the culture, or due to being a god of death themselves.
