MenG put the intro video (I think it is, right?) online so it's easier to go through:
My guess is that she's a red herring.
Her fight is definitely set up to look like a horror trope, but we defeat her before it turns into night.
Did they use a mirror or glasses to defend against Fujino's mystic eyes? I heard that EMIYA made a mirror but the skill in the fight on the wiki is "I'm Gonna Use My Spectacles".
Emiya projects a magic mirror to protect everyone against Fujino’s Mystic Eyes. Fujino is quickly able to destroy because Emiya was using a trick that would work in the real world instead of playing with the horror trope.
Yes, the plan literally failed because it wasn’t bullshit enough. This is why I love this franchise.

They were trying to find a way to basically break their sense of immersion in the Horror movie. Their idea was to trigger another, stronger emotion than fear to pull them out of it (which would then strip Fujino of her indestructibility, because she was only indestructible because of the rules of the movie). So they used a combination of junk food and music to basically distract themselves from being scared.
Roughly.
My Fanfiction - Almost entirely short stories and oneshots
Is there some gimmick with Gucchan dying every night? Someone on Twitter was theorizing someone might be trying to, y'know, get the souls of seven Heroic Spirits... Any rule says it must be seven different HSs?
