Well, in the prologue of Solomon it is heavily implied that Marisbury knows that he will die soon, that's why he needed the Fuyuki HG's wish to get enough money to activate Chaldeas ASAP.

While it is odd they don't call him by name in the credits, we saw his talk with Solomon in Fuyuki (from Time Temple) in the anime using that design, so I don't see how he could be someone else.

Actually I think when a later episode did a flashback of Holmes it also showed that director while Holmes' narration was talking about Marisbury.

oh fuck
they knew all along, fuck you nasuThe shape of stars. The shape of space. The shape of God. The stars are hollow. In that hollowness lies the void. In that void lies God. Stars. Cosmos. Gods. Animus. Antrum. Unverse. Anima Animusphere.
Let me throw my last Douman theory out there while I still have time.
Douman’s goal in his Singularity is to revive Seimei. The Singularity is set in 1008, which is 3 years after Seimei died; and Douman’s established goal was to murder Seimei by outsmarting him. Seimei dying naturally without Douman ever getting a chance to outsmart him might be what caused Douman to finally lose his marbles for good and start his Hell Mandala project. Douman doesn’t intend to let Seimei rest in peace until he gets to one-up him.
I'm pretty sure Seimei will outsmart Douman even after he died.
Before 5.5 MAYBE reveals something that proves me right or wrong, I'll just dump my latest pseudo-theory. I'm almost convinced that FGO's plot is probably closest to Melty Blood/MBAA's than anything else. Both Zepia and Marisbury are obsessed with one thing: preventing the "inevitable" end of mankind, no matter the cost. Like TATARI, it seems like the Animusphere plan involves taking control of the world through fiction/rumors, essentially making people believe a fabrication. If TATARI compared himself to a director putting on a play, Marisbury might be more of a "movie director"; the invasion is actually compared to a movie in the prologue of the first LB. Olga Marie could be playing a role similar to Dust of Osiris. In fact, Sion said that she and Olga Marie were similar in Back Alley Alliance Nightmare. All the clues are there, Nasu didn't make a silly crossover with Melty Blood one of the biggest pieces of foreshadowing for FGO, that quotes Melty Blood in order to point at FGO plot points, for nothing.
Adding to the Olga/Dust of Osiris connection, a digitalized-version of Olga Marie's voice doing the Animusphere chant can be heard in the old PV for Part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WycGcc_Tdc You know who else spoke with a digital voice? Dust of Osiris.

so Heian holy grail war is the battle where master (alive) is as strong or even stronger than servant.
Limbo:
STR: C
END: D
AGI: E
MAG: EX
LUC: B
NP: B
Of course the magic parameter is EX for him. The last two are pretty good too.
Watanabe no Tsuna:
STR:B+
END: C
AGI: A+
MAG: C
LUC: B
NP: B
This guy is pretty strong.

Spoiler:
"Here's a bangin lil' tune about takin' on The Man!"
(Check out my Super Special Awesome Servant Compendium here)
fun fact: a person with Watanabe family name doesn't have to do setsubun (ritual to repel Oni) because Tsuna is the guardian of Watanabe.
So this an inverted Holy Grail War, with seven "heroes" summoning seven mages?
Tsuna - Medea Lily
Murasaki - Babbage
Shuten - Paracelsus
Hmm
