By the way, I have a crack theory, but could FGO itself be a simulation/artificial world/lostworld? There is an interesting detail which isn't explained yet, but FGO world had a single Holy Grail War in 2004, while every other Fate world had 5 wars in Fuyuki. So, the point of divergence of FGO is at least 200 years before the game. What exactly is the divergence point?
(With Nero Beast saying there are multiple Human orders, FGO world being part of Human order doesn't confirm it is non-artificial.)
Hence Galahad and Goetia saying the FGO world reached it's end (unlike other Fate worlds, which could pass 2017 as seen in Extra). Because it's artificial, like a homunculus.
