While I was desperately rummaging for documents on Shi Huang, I came across Borges's La Muralla y Los Libros. There he said "The Great Wall of China was built by men who concealled book, and for that they were branded as criminals with hot iron and to work on the wall until they died. The construction of the wall is synonimous with the burning of books and the erasure of history. It's inseparable to the delegitimization of the past and those who loved it. Much like Qin Shi Huang burned books (memories of the past), one day someone will destroy his wall and erase him from history. The one to do so will be Qin Shi Huang's own shadow and mirror.". The text was very applicable to FGO's pruning of Lostbelts, so I was very impressed by the richness of subtext in the story while I drew this.

Coming from the other thread regarding the "author's interest in a particular character", I forget just how important the artist and lore researcher in TM are in establishing actual depth about the character in the first place.

Simple, she excluded the part that has the CS when reforming her body, and then regenerate a new part to replace it.

And she doesn't care about putting everything back the exact same way all the time, so her height and weight fluctuates each time she explodes anyways. So there is a certain degree of generating extra stuffs or not including certain stuffs.

Well we don't know, because she is an Elemental, not a human, one born from the planet's inner sea and has been around for ages unknown. She should in theory has "Regression to the Age of Gods" type of "circuits" like Arcueid and more ancient deities like Tiamat or Ishtar, not the standard magic circuits of the Magus anyways. I'm sure for something predating even the True Magics, you can't apply standard human magi logic to it.

And iirc when Ishtar was using Regression to the Age of Gods, you can see the dark red patterns appearing and glowing on her body, not Rin's (the body she is using) magic circuit. So it's safe to say that these 2 "circuit" systems are independent from each other.

They're consistently described in almost every case as being a part of the body (体内) and as an extra organ (specifically 疑似神経) that act similar to nerves.

You can interact with them through various means, they can be physically damaged and even have autonomy from the regular nervous system.

If you can recreate you body in the way Hinako can, then ridding yourself of some part of them is a piece of cake.
