Unfortunately, it seems that line appear even if you don't have Kerry, so I wonder who trigger it, or there is a bug at present. Furthermore, I think the Grail download has turn Accel Zero Iri into Fate/Zero Iri since she retain all the memories of Kerry and Illiya with a strong dislike for Kotomine.

well, if i were the one writing things, the World would only "offer a CG deal" to people in situations where "not offering a CG deal" would result in a previously existing CG being summoned.The more I think about counter guardians, the weirder it gets. To become a heroic spirit, you have to be either famous/worshiped or do the impossible by saving many lives that were destined to die or change unchangeable events, etc. ...you get the drift.
With counter guardians the world offers you contract for your wish...so how do you even get noticed by the world-senpai? Do only those with the requirement to become heroic spirits get offered like saber? Why does the world even need a contract to force souls into counter guardians work?? I mean we learnt it's more the vessel that matters than soul so why not take a powerful mage and stick on????
Can the counter guardian system produce grand servant vessels? Apparently Gilgamesh gets request from the world to do CG work which declines all the time...although I can't remember where I read that. And the questions just keep growing
Also, who might have been the first CG contracted by the world? Might be someone from history?
