He took it from CCTV where the commenters are admiring the Japanese top ice-skaters form and quote Cao Zhi. What the author didn't know is the storm part is the commenters referring to his turns after quoting Cao Zhi. So his mistaken the whole line, and it became a laughing joke.

Kiyomune Miwa is credited as "occult researcher" for stuff like the Case Files anime but I don't know how much else he's involved in TM's stuff.

This guy tends to also reference the most obscure shit that you could only find in some dusty old japanese library and nowhere else, so that's likely where a lot of really weird TM takes come from.

I'll admit I did skip the 30 pages talking about menstrual blood, and every line that mentioned menstrual blood, and the whole long section about rape and sex and everytime it went on super feminist rants. (I ended up skimming a lot of those because how terrible it was)

Genuinely did see some interesting stuff and I can definitely tell Nasu got his influence from it.
