I guess only CCC was special. Ah the old days.

Not exactly. KnK introduced Edmond and CCC was pretty much a story chapter
KnK acted as a slight intro for the next event, Zero was just more Zero with the very minor revelation on the nature of the HGW in FGO, Prisma was just Prisma characters in another world, CCC was full story plot, Apocrypha was basically just an Apocrypha side story, Case Files was just a Da Vinci event, Requiem just exists, and Waltz just gives context to the three line story of a soon to close mobile game. Really CCC is the only collab that has been important and critical to FGO's plot.
So the demon pillar hat really was just a coincidence? Really?
The Demon Pillar hat was just a fashionista thing I guess
Honestly, I hope the artist commentary on her mats (whenever they come out) touch upon this because she has such a Solomon-esque design on her first two ascentions. Like, besides the hat, to me her first ascention looks like some sort of Solomon priestess. Was it intentional or just such a big coincidence?
I guess there is still the last unrelease part of her profile but dunno if that'll have some meaningful info at least about her relationship with the doctor
I'm not caught up with the story, did they explicitly put it out there that there's not gonna be a twist with her or could it have been a red herring or something? Cuz I really don't wanna read this event if it's only gonna end up being idol stuff...
The story is finished as of today and there was no twist to her identity.
With the help of the Atlas Academy API I've provided here the Scripts to FGO. These are the NA scripts and JP scripts. They're provided in two formats, the raw scripts that are cluttered with markdown, and a cleaned version which is easier to read. There's also merged versions of multiple forms to make searching the entire story easier on weaker machines (using the cleaned source). I will be updating them regularly as long as the game permits it. I've also provided a text document in the folder that explains how to read and use the raws. The scripts are also available via the AtlasAcademy API if you have the skill.
I would personally ask that if you do redistribute you give credits to Atlas and do not claim this as your own. I also would like to ask that you don't repost this to Reddit because;
- I dislike r/grandorder a great deal due to the large negative effect its had on the FGO community
- I rather DW not catch on that much and add tougher encryption for their story chapters
- Their wrongful ban of Neo
There's nothing I can do to stop you, nor do I have the right to stop you but I'm asking.
Have fun.

Seems like reddit drama can be made into its own lore huh.

I'm pretty sure that reddit users read this forum too, just warning you here.
Edit: GG on the Avalon Le Fae one, that was a fun read.

I know but its a useful resource, and just because I want to be careful shouldn't mean I should devoid everyone of it. Having the scripts is incredibly useful for referencing and translating, plus the API is public. I just pray people have the right mind to not make a giant reddit post advertising it so DW/Aniplex doesn't notice.
Not sure if this is what MaxAkito means but their tendency to reduce characters to one-word memes repeated over and over (ie Merlin is known for giving dicks and nothing else) sure does bug me.
They've consolidated most of their posts to "mega threads" which in concept create a cleaner reddit, however it comes at a bigger cost. Lots of serious discussion is killed and buried under thousands of "fluff posts". There's a filter, but that doesn't change the point because people tag some actual discussion as fluff for some god-forsaken reason. So you have to sift through hundreds of edits and images of anime girls to actually find anything relavent. I'm sure many people know by now that reddit is almost always the top result when you search something on google. This is incredible if you have a question or some niche thing you wanted to google. Mega threads bury this kind of stuff into the oblivion allowing you to search nothing. Granted, I agree with mega threads for gacha rolls, but when all the event discussion is FORCED to a singular thread- it kills discussion. NONE of this would be a problem if it wasn't for the fact r/grandorder is so extremely popular. The most popular place in the community by far, is there always 2-4k people active on it at a time. What Reign says also stands. Characters become all but joke one-notes due to them, and because it's such a central "hub" and that "hub" has such an influence on the community- yeah. Also they're entirely to blame for the atrocious nicknames like "Jalter", "Salter", and whatever the mess is that is "Lartoria". They expedited the spread of those TERRIBLE names so much that they reached Nasu of all people. They've also become a natural hub for people to talk about other TYPE-MOON works, instead of getting posted on the correct Reddit, or talking about their own game, You get posts like "Fate/Apocrypha Chapter 654354". So you have less people going through the respective channels to talk about said works- and instead using r/grandorder, which doesn't seem bad until you realize that if YOU want to talk about the work as well, most likely you have to use r/grandorder. Also they introduced the degeneracy that are sprite comics. I think that's probably the biggest negative impact on the community as whole, or maybe our eyes.
So tl;dr- They've limited discussion of not just FGO but other TM works, introduced terrible nicknames and sprite comics into the mainstream, and slaughtered characters.
