I briefly wondered if it might be Hiruko/Ebisu - mostly due to the nature of the NP animation though. He is Izanami’s child, associated with fishing and corpses, and would provide a decent explanation for picking up lost spirits. But he’s not minor, so I’m a bit skeptical of that.
I'd like to point out that the myth about the spear in her NP is not solely exclusive to Izanami and Izanagi's creation myth. It is also said to be the transformation of Bonten (Japanese's name for Brahma) and is identified with the Vajra - the weapon to defeat the Tenma. This is exclusive to Shugendou (which a certain Crypter practices)
It is also said that Amaterasu threw the spear down from heaven and it landed in Ise, and in some versions it was given to Ninigi - her grandson.
So...there are other things they can go with it than just Izanami.
Tbh, what makes me think of Uzume, besides the teasing as incoming, is the dancing in the TVCM, the skimpy clothes, the jade looking magatamas decoretions as well as how after she stirs the waters on her NP, light comes out not land (with the sun or any other source of light absent from the entire animation sequence)
Also, it really wouldn't be the first time a character uses a known mythological weapon they didn't have in the original legend
Apparently Voyager's NP works with all Pseudo-Servants, except Sitonai. Which I guess mean that Illya died in 2004/2005. But wasn't there something or other about Kirei's deadness being an issue?
Pale Blue Dot works on currently living humans. Iri, Illya and Sieg are homunculli, so they don't qualify even if they are alive. They're not people #PreDevelopmentGordesWasRight
Yeah it works on Prillya. Kuro too I think??
Emiya sensed water and death divinities on her, so she's either a High-Servant or a Pseudo-Servant of an ancient Japanese water/death god so obscure that Emiya can't recognize it.
Erice is a character heavily connected to Akihabara, so da Vinci runs a quick check and verifies that Akihabara has 3 shrines. One to Oonamuchi, one to Sukunabikona and one to Taira no Masakado. Her being Oonamuchi (a local name for Ookuninushi) would explain the spear, but Emiya dismisses her spear as a copy, explaining that it was too weak to the original Ame-no-nuhoko.
My personal bet that Erice is a High-Servant. All High-Servants we've seen so far were composed of 3 essences, so if it's pattern follows, I believe Erice is:
1) One water god, not necessarily Japanese.
2) Taira no Masakado. He plays a minor role on Momiji's backstory and got mentioned in the canon speculation of Erice's so I'm sure he's part of it. He could be a red herring, but mentioning Masakado is not considered safe territory so they wouldn't just casually do it for a red herring.
3) Someone related to Izanagi, Izanami and Ookuninushi, but not actually any of them. I still don't very how the Ame-no-nuhoko vs Ame-no-sakahoko debate will be handled in TM, but we do Erice's Noble Phantasm is Ame-no-sakahoko and it was seen as in inferior copy by the copy expert.
Another, much more boring, possibility is that Erice simply is the 3 gods enshrined in Akihabara. Oonamuchi gets the spear covered and its lower power could be handwaved by how Oonamuchi is just one of the multiple names that compose Ookuninushi. Sukunabikona gets the the death and ocean parts covered. And Masakado is just definitely there by reasons stated above.
The real big question here is what backstory will Meteo give to the Ame-no-sakahoko, considering its IRL counterpart doesn't have any (mythological) backstory beyond "I swear to the gods this the real Ame-no-nuhoko".
Wow. An ordinary example of how the discovered remains of dinosaurs may have been attributed as dragons in the past, although it actually has some merit with what's known about dragons after they leave their bodies behind in the nasuverse.

Oh, I missed that. Glad it's not just something mentioned implied offhandedly in supplementary material anymore since people in history discovering dinosaur bones and being inspired to make stories about dragons to explain their existence is pretty cool.

Emiya said fuck gamersGames are for useless fun. They’re hypocritical wastes of time. No matter how long you spend with them, nothing comes out of it in the end.
We must eradicate them because of that wastefulness. Before the roots of our spirits rot.
