Honestly, I think the guns are just alterations on K&B. Given his Extra attack where he combines the two gun-handles and it becomes a straight handle.
EDIT: Going on slow-play, I see it's actually just normal K&Bs. Well that's thrown out the window.

Bob and Jalter discuss how K&B ended up as guns in Shinjuku chapter 5.
They were swords, he customized them beyond recognition into guns. That doesn't sound like he projected them as guns.
I think this is all we know about Bobmiya's sword/gun equipment?

Mr.Singularity Hopper probably found a way around it, if there's something that only allows evil Servants to enter the Singularity. It's not like I forgot about him.

Shakespeare and Andersen are Neutral on the Good-Evil scale, so maybe it's not "deny all, allow evil" but rather "allow all, deny good"?
I skimmed through the conversation with Archer in chapter one, but it only mentioned good being killed and evil surviving.

Well they're obviously a modified weapon just like how his caladbolg is also a modified version. But it's also not like the gun parts appear out of nowhere either when he calls them, so probably projected with k&b as the base?

Regular Archer turns swords into arrows and can Project bows. I don't think it's that much of stretch for this new one to turn swords into guns.
