Of course an archer class servant needs A STR stat... just look at our Chad!Orion ! Too bad Tametomo still uses a bow... geez, a true archer doesn't use a bow (just ask Gil or Emiya)
He probably has that stat at that rank because of the strength needed to use his bow.

Without spoiling too much, have Guda's (and Chaldea staff's I guess) changes in physical condition been referenced after the failed experiment at the end of LB 5.2? In particular, would the "almost became a god" thing that apparently boosted their magical capabilities allow them to properly use Magecraft on their own now?

Gudao still uses mystic codes to support their magic usage, and the magic they can pull off is still really shit (though conversely, they reference the whole summoning thing way more), so no, it didn't really have any lasting effects. The only thing that keeps getting brought up is Gudao's physical toll/exhaustion and all that, but that was obviously a thing before Olympus as well.
Well, that's pretty disappointing. Maybe Nasu's planning to use it as a plot point further down the line so he's trying to avoid drawing too much attention to it. Or maybe it's just another one of those things he pulls off to conveniently set up a scene and then forgets all about.

It is a useful tool to pull an end to the narrative. Since Black Barrell is using MC's power of destiny or whatever, you can say he is losing his MC powers and Nasu can kill him off at the end with justification. The elder of the twins just felt that MC is tainted with God killing stuff, probably a side effect of being the bullet of Black Barrell.
Doesn't the end of Olympus shows the characters running out of godhood somewhere along the escape sequence?
The twin said about dark flame that kill gods, I always assumed it was about Dantes.
