    It seems like Kagekiyo anti-Genji skill works on three specific type of Servants, from what I read feom other people:

    - Those from the Genji clan.
    - Those that were descendants from the Genji clan or acknowledged at one point to be descendants.
    - Those that served under any of the two above.

    So basically, anything Genji related.

    The mats already show that they don't really bother explaining why a Servant has an specific skill and/or its effect outside of FGO gameplay. Unless it's someone like Musashi, I have zero expectations about this.

    They make a whole new trait just so that Kagekiyo has something exclusive to exploit, now if only they give the lore the same attention to reflect that.

    Muramasa could've ended up with anti-Tokugawa niche, and the only reason he doesn't is because no one in the roster fits that category yet.
