Going by the NP description on her profile, Izanami is the most likely candidate
Her NP basically undoes the Kuniumi and returns things to the primordial chaos
The range of her NP is 1-14 (on the story, a total of 14 islands are given birth during the Kuniumi) and the maximum target are 1000 people (when Izanagi escape from the underworld, Izanami told him that she would kill a 1000 people for the insult of seeing the rotten state of her body)

So far this is my theory: The replica (Ame-no-Sakahoko) was created to fulfill Izanami's yandere ambition, because the real thing (Ame-no-Nuhoko) is still in Izanagi's possession. The original spear is much more powerful, and thus the replica was only able to mimic part of its power. Then perhaps the family issues were finally sorted out and the replica was left in the hands of Amaterasu. She then passed it down to her grandson Ninigi who brought it with him as he arrives in ancient Japan, he then stuck it on Mount Kirishima. Perhaps...he's the one who sealed Oryou who existed way back then (which explained her dense Mystery level), OR someone else later used it to seal her. Many years later, the Age of Gods ended, no one even know what the spear is about anymore. Then Ryoma arrived, pulled it from the stone and got himself a dragon waifu.

I think that since it uses Lostbelt technology now, once the Alien god is gone and human order starts fixing itself, it will undo the shadow border as a result. At least that is what i understand

Yeah pretty much. The Border as it exists right now is a result of circumstance, and when you remove those circumstances, it becomes nothing more than the armored car it was during the prologue.

As stated in Extella, the staff Ea is originally a kuniumi (nation building) Authority, aka the same function as Ame-no-Nuhoko. Basically Ea represents the ritual that splits

the primordial chaos

to create the world, similar to Izanagi churning the primordial chaos and the islands came out of it.

Izanami's thing is that she will go against all that to spite the bad husbando, thus undoing the ritual, the ritual in which they also had their first sex.
