It's not odd because she's explicitly from Tiger Colosseum, not Hollow Ataraxia. She's made to be a joke character through and through. Maybe (hopefully) to avoid Tsuki2 spoilers.
People suspected her to actually be Mr. Dawn's partner in Prelude.
Did anyone see this, or have any thoughts on this?
I mean considering demon pillars showing up is usually a sign of the incineration occuring, which is what elevates Goetia/something like him to Beast status it's not much that we can't figure out before this.
Due to the nature of Beasts, I interpreted 獣の蹂躙 as "trampling the Beasts" instead of "the Beasts trampling". And in either case, I still read the message as "The Beast cycle can start in any timeline and in any era, as long as Goetia becomes active and is opposed". Which matches his status as I.
Throwing it into all the FGO context, the implied story stays exactly the same it was before: MB designed Olga to be Beast VII, Goetia hated the idea and became active to make his perfect world before Olga gets a chance to make hers, but this started the Beast cycle and II~VI just fell into place wherever.
With Tamamovitch probably ending up as V unless she flubs the loves-humanity test, Nero/666 as VI R/L presumably being saved for events (still betting on it being the final Nerofest), and the final final boss supposedly being U-Olga as VII.
Although I guess III was defeated after IV, so it's not strictly numerical.
II, I, IV, III
The numbers could be the order they started being a problem. Goetia was defeated before Tiamat but is the plot's kickstarter. Fou admitted defeat before Kiara even debutted, but he hasn't become a problem yet.
Of course, the big glaring hole in this idea is the implication that Olga is still not a problem.
