Well the precursors to glasses and that field of study was being explored back in Greek and Roman times, and the likes of Robert Grosseteste and Roger Bacon in the 13th century (when Jacques was around) wrote about lenses and their magnifying properties.
Though this is also the same work that gave Sigurd glasses because glasses = smart = wisdom so don't worry too much about it.
EDIT: And to add on to the first part, the first glasses are estimated to have been made in Italy by about 1290, for those who want just a bit more to accept this.

Considering they teased Chinese Three Kingdoms HGW in Koha Ace for GudaGuda 6, I'm not sure if we'll get him before Redline reaches that point, but considering how slow it already is, maybe not even 2 years will be enough for it to reach that milestone, we'll eventually get him in Redline so it's not a complete loss, i suppose
What is this? is the Singularities of Arcade different of the ones of the mobage? Actually, I didn't know the Arcade have plot. I think it was only some kind of full battle gatcha Arcade where you only fight but there is no plot.
It was, they started using actual story text with the lastest singularity till now it was loading screen blurbs and visual differences
