Pretty sure that Enhance's vague silhouette shrouded in curses idea was also reused for Angra, turning him into the shadow man that he is, so FHA just loves Tsuki 2.

The third line basically says that "as long as people witness and confront this curse [demon pillars], then no matter the era or world, it will count as being "violated/overrun by Beasts", so the tweet itself draws the conclusion that even if the Beast chain summoning doesn't happen, as long as there's a single demon pillar anywhere, that means Goetia should be able to appear and the world is fucked.
