No, not at all. If it's handled right. Send Merlin to solo MHX, Seiba to solo Scach, Mordred and Mashu vs Kintoki and Lancelot vs Arjuna. That last one'd be the trickiest one, really.
The problem is more that one side has all the cool characters and the other side has Saber and Matt.

Mordie and Merlin are cool too.
Scatha is overwanked and Kintoki is author's favourite, so they are not cool at all. On the other hand, vanilla Artoria is always nice, and Matt in Cap. armor is way cool, so the question of cooler is just your opinion.
