Beach East of Oakhurst, House Leorn, Sania
May 5th, 1502 AE
Evening
My first memory is heaving up water on a beach. Such a great first memory, you know? Everything before it is nothing but a chaotic swirl of faces and flickers of events. I hear voices in my head, bickering with each other, tugging me in different directions. I am not sure if it is a good sign, but perhaps they are my only allies.
Despite having no clue who, what, or where I am, my survival instincts kick in. I refuse to lay down and die on this beach. My body feels battered, bruised, and exhausted, but I seem to be in one piece. With the basics assured I look around to try and figure out where I am.
It is a full moon this night, permitting me some light to perceive my surroundings. It would appear that I am the survivor of some wreck. Around me the beach is littered with bodies, wooden boards, personal effects….and masonry? That didn’t make sense for a shipwreck.
It is then I notice the great stone precipice that juts from the sea, separated from a sharp cliff face a mile to the north. Atop the great stone pillar stands a castle, or rather, what’s left of one. A great cataclysm seems to have rent the castle from within. Above it looms a great sphere of roiling darkness that I feel loath to gaze upon.
It is then, trying to find somewhere to steal my gaze away from that sphere of shadow, that I look down at myself and realize that I am a:
1) Male
2) Female
3) Eldritch Horror(This option is locked, sorry)
A) Human,
B) Half-Elf,
C) Elf, Light-Skinned
D) Elf, Dark-Skinned
clad in:
I) The shining armor of a holy knight.
II) The sacred robes of a priest(ess)
III) The dark armor of a soldier of darkness
IV) Black and green robes of a cultist.
V) The exotic garb of a hero. I am a Servant after all.
VI) Nothing :P
I do plan to get back to Tentaquest, but I figured this would be a fun experiment to see where else we'd go. This is pretty much the exact same world as t-quest, except T-kun did not awake on the beach...we did.
