I read the Tsukihime manga after it was suggested to me; went in cold without having played Tsukihime. I was kind of disappointed by how straightforward and simple it was. It was a good read, tugged the heart strings even, but Prisma has it beat by a mile.

Melty Blood. Tuskihime is probably the best quality wise, but Melty has Sion, TATARI, and a whole bunch of interesting fights. It was just more fun. Although the sequel is garbage.

Tsukihime all the way. Best manga adaptation of a VN I've seen in a long time.
Rakkyo and Tsuki no Sango manga were both good as well.
The Fate manga was terrible though.

It's actually interesting if you consider it an alternate route and not a proper adaptation of either Fate or UBW
For example I really like what they did to Shinji there
Drawing style aside it was doing a halfway decent job of a mixed route until after the last fight with caster and we got that godawful Fate route re-rail.
