Typing isn't the best. Steel types are already weak against fire and poison doesn't hurt anything that fire doesn't already (except 2x SE against fairies instead of neutral I guess), so short of having niche use against Heatran I don't see this being a particularly good pokemon. Should have been water or ground type. Even though ground is also super effective against steel already, it's also effective or at least hits neutrally the stuff that poison does not.

But that's basically moot if its stats/ability/movepool don't take advantage of it. Also, having dark be neutral instead of resist and ghost be a weakness means Gengar, Bisharp, and co. can wreck it even more than normal.
