Just watch the ep, pretty interesting. Also note about the Servants that Shinji's keeping around is not only are they seem degraded but their all in their first ascension, so yeah there probably very weak.

That depends, the ones from Extra and SN are typically in their first asencions, but those from Apo aren't. Even then there's other exceptions like that Artoria and Gil normal appearances are their 2nd ascensions as well as Nursery Rhyme and Robin. The point I'm getting across anyway is that for these three, normally when they appeared in God story like in America and Babylon, their 2nd Ascensions was their normal get up anyway.
