    If there's gonna be Ultimate Personae, there's gotta be a good set of conditions for that, key Personae we can use for Fusions (Provided the Fusion mechanics will be used here), have your character on high levels for the upkeep (You can't use one if your level is too low just like you can't summon a demon from your COMP because of this) and do so from sidequests. I think this could be reasonable if you want to include Ultimates.
    It's easy to believe in ideals, but it's harder to keep them when things go bad.

    COMP is the device used in the original Megami Tensei, SMT, Devil Summoner amongst others to summon demons. I just mentioned this as an example.

    But speaking about Compendium entries, even if you get high level Personae too soon, they'll be registered into it, I think.
    It's easy to believe in ideals, but it's harder to keep them when things go bad.

    I am thinking of incorporing Fusion Mechanics, but they wouldn't change your Personae, precisely.

    Actually, let's just wait for Verg. Also we need to mantain some mystery, not to tell everything from the start .

    I think we should go for the mystery and dark drama angles that the older Persona games had. It'll make for better chances to create a fresh and new story.

    I'm not sure how to react to the information you're implying. GM PCs are going to actually be influencing the story rather than simply keeping characters from getting out of line? Is it going to be Persona users killing each other or working together towards a common goal?
