I mean, my recipe doesn't use eggs, but I've eaten mousse in restaurants, so yeah, if that's standard, I've eaten raw eggs.
To be fair though, it's not as if the eggs can be tasted.

I'm pretty sure that either method works, but do make sure that it's safe to eat raw eggs in your part of the world. I can't read Portuguese, but Google brings up some English articles on salmonella in Brazilian poultry exports so be careful.
Also, maybe look up some recipes online so you get some decent rice or whatever.

So, I made omurice!
I didn't have tomatoes or packaged sauce, nor any bouillon, and only had chicken breasts, so I had to adapthe recipe some: I pre-seasoned the chicken with apple vinegar, salt, sweet paprika and cinnamon, sautéed onions and garlic, cooked the chicken, added the rice, then added ketchup, butter, and more sweet paprika. Also, since breasts are so lean, I used more olive oil than usual.
(Please ignore the size of the chicken pieces. Since I was only cooking for myself, I made them how I like. :-P)
...Have I mentioned how much I suck at tossing things in the pan? Yeah, my omelette ended up closer to scrambled eggs than it should have. That said, even with everything taken into account, I can understand why this seems like a popular dish in Japan: it's easy to make, flavourful, and, filling! I'm definitely adding it to my cookbook.
