Fate has a much bigger western fanbase now than it did even 3 or 4 years ago, so there's more motivation for them to localize stuff; more people will buy it now than would when the VNs were new.
I remember how many years fans, mysef included, believed that KEY would never officially bring any of their visual novels over to the west, but it did eventually happen, after a very long time...Maybe the dream of Type-Moon one day doing the same isn't entirely unthinkable anymore...

The majority of fans are centered around either Grand Order or HF now, any interest outside of that is directed towards new anime or game releases. I think it's still unthinkable that anyone will bother bringing over an old VN that's been fan translated for so long now, specially after HF 3 comes out and interest in FSN dies down completely as people move on to the latest well-animated spin-off.
Unless TM decides to release FSN Remastered or smth.

It has been delayed indefinitely to "further improve the quality of the game" or something so no need to buy a Switch just yet.

Was forgotten with the TsukiRe trailer and Muramasa in GO, but the livestream had this too.

I don't have links to the scans but, news from TM Ace 13, the game release date is May 28th, they revealed yukata and kimono costumes designs for Shirou, Sakura, Rin and Saber (the costumes were design by the mangaka)
I got a Switch, so I am ready for it.
