The forum simply doesn't have a favicon defined. Considering how long it took DP to replace the super crappy banner expect a favicon contest in two or three years.

For some reason I am getting signed out if I open multiple tabs on the site. It happened fairly infrequently the past few months, but today alone I've had to sign back in about 5 times in the past hour.
Edit: Yeesh, it's gotten even worse. Think I've signed in 30+ times now tonight.
