Trying to confirm whether this is just on my end.
Since early 2015 it has felt like the site's performance is increasingly slow. Most notably around 11PM Pacific time (-7 or -8 UTC) I will get Internal Server 500 errors or just really long loading times whether I'm submitting a form or not. Doesn't seem to be my internet in general, since I can test other sites at the same time that will perform just fine.
Is anyone else noticing similar issues?

Maybe traffic has gradually increased past the capacity of the hosting service. Hopefully staff with some awareness of server-side status can comment.

Under Settings >> Profile Privacy, it states (in part): "Guests and users on your Ignore List will only be able to view the blocks on your page where you have selected 'Everyone'."
Even when all blocks have been set to 'everyone' if I log out and then attempt to view my profile as a guest I am directed to the standard "You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access..." page.
As such, the 'everyone' setting appears to be functionally useless.

Earlier today when I tried to create a blog, it told me to register. When I login and try again, it tells me I've already registered. Now, after that, I noticed the whole time I was also logged in via the forums tab. I then logged out of said forums tab and tried again in the blogs tab, but got the same result. I proceeded to clean my caches and tried again. Same result. Switched browsers. Same result.
So, not sure if I'm missing something, or what.
