By "meant to load" I assume you mean if someone links you a post, right? Because if you're just checking out a page then it should just load at the top.

I mean that if I click Last Unread Post, then the post it's meant to load at would be the last unread post.
More properly, it'll go to the correct post but then 'bounce' up as the tweet loads.
tbh, I'm not sure this is a forum specific thing, because it happens to me quite often on SB as well.
Edit: I only notice it in image threads where lots of images, videos and widgets and such are embedded.

It's like the thing that happens when you enter a fanclub thread and get bounced around as images load, but in that case the forum centers on the selected post when everything's loaded. With tweets it's as if they only load when you switch to the tab itself.
Happens to me too, it's annoying on long threads but it's not like the Twitter embed is everywhere yet. :/

Are you sure you can't delete it? I'm looking at the options now and it's set to allow you to do it. Maybe it just lets you see it, but nobody else. (except mods)

It gives you a permission denied error. It definitely doesn't delete it in any way.

You need a minimum of at least 10 posts before you can access your own account. Specifically ones that count towards your post count, so not in the Seventh.
Would it be difficult to slightly modify that message to include the 10 post requirement? It's probably not too many but I recall this same question being asked a lot.
You're trying to hard-delete it. Select the other option and it soft-deletes just fine, then it's just you and mods that can still see it.
