Yikes. Yeah, it seems almost everyone got a warning whether they'd actually done something or not, and at least some people's accounts got banned completely coincidentally (like roulette-farming alts that were never actually played).

Heard tales of a new wave of bans going out (even/especially to people banned in the previous one), hopefully everyone here made it out safe

New patch hits on the 26th, including nerfs to Twin Elements, taking out the rusted weapon spam from Bahamut, eliminating gold brick drops wholesale, and (most important to me, tbh) nerfing the CCW forging requirements.
Though it's after I was almost done farming for it...

They’re all good, and taking gold brick drops out of HL T1 summon raids was expected after they went 18 man

In terms of farming lower-level, non-Omega anima, is it better to do the lower level quests under the assumption that they will drop lower level anima, or is it better to do the higher level quests under the assumption that they will drop more anima overall (even if a lot of it is the higher level anima)?

They do, but you can only get them from red chests, blue chests too if you're doing the HL raids.
