    I don't think it's FGO thread related, but related to showthread.php.
    I get the flag even when I visit any thread outside of FGO. All other php pages (at least those I tried, forumdisplay, and those used for member functions) do not trigger it.

    Safari also still generates an error, but again, multiple tests have cleared the firefox problem here
