I have a massive French family on my dad's side but I don't know most of them, and on my mom's side I know everyone but couldn't care less about most of them. No full brothers or sisters. I was raised alone.

Oh, yeah. Brothers and sisters. I'm the oldest, and all my siblings are half-siblings from my mother and father. From my mother, I have two sisters and one brother. From my father, I have one brother and one sister.
I have a brother, and several cousins and cousins with children, but they're always so far away I barely know them, so for all intents and purposes my family is limited to brother and parents.
