Basically if we keep a submission limit to three we will need like 20 contributors to actually have a meaningful pool and that is assuming all of those contributors make top shelf material.

We probably will be running with this, but we are going to settle down some rules first. We don't want to be blasted with 100+ entries from one guy again, and as much as everyone hated the "quota" stuff, I'd really like it if people remember Type-Moon is more than Fate, too... which is going to be even harder since pretty much everything they've done since the last contest is only Fate, while Tsu 2 languishes in development hell. -_-

That said, the rule on fanart has been pretty simple, and likely will remain the same: If it's your own fanart, you're perfectly okay with entering it. If it's someone else's fanart, it can be entered as long as you have gotten permission from the artist. One of our current banners is a Saber drawn by Tusia, after all, and I distinctly remember the creator of the banner getting permission from her. Otherwise, stick to official art and/or licensed materials. (If this rule does change, we'll let you guys know.)

Generally speaking, we will take your word for it if you say you've gotten permission (although we'd definitely appreciate proof coming along with it), but if an artist finds it and complains to us that they want it removed, not only will we take it down immediately to comply with their request if they can prove they made it, you'll likely get punishment for lying to us over the permission.

So if that's too much of a headache to manage, stick to official/licensed material and all will be golden.
