please correct me if im wrong: Ist allow the bearer of the skill to burrow skills they didnt hav one themselfs capabilities ,like martial prowess(weapon ship as example) or servant related skills like Riding ,eye of mind false and so one? but can someone say me the limitations pleae i ask this because i used wiki but im still unsure ?

The only limitation is that they need to have "some familiarity with the skill" which is to say, they can get almost everything with the flimsiest of excuses. IP is bonkers.
Imperial Privilege is "lol i do what i want coz im an emperor". The only official limit is that you need A rank or higher to get/remove Divinity
I was under the impression that Nero's "Invictus Spiritus: Thrice, Though I Welcome the Setting Sun" Code cast was a reference to that.
I thought it was based on the legend where she supposedly got up three times after killing herself to ask a Roman soldier to cover her with a cloak (or something, I forgot the details).
