Personality
As a King, he ruled over his people well, but his current state of mind is closer to a terrorist. He believes that creation and destruction are but two sides of a coin and destruction is only a stepping stone for creation. He might not be a suitable candidate for kingship and he shares this sentiment. His longs for destruction more than any king, and his savagery which allowed him to slay even dragons did not diminish even as he grow old. However, he is kind to the weak. (His people and females)
Motivation and attitude towards Master
Basically sees his master as an equal or approach them with minor superiority. Depending on situations, he would either agree or disagree with the master. However, he is hardly a rational one, so he would most likely jump onto reckless gambles and risk his life to fulfill the mission assigned.
While he has no desire for the grail, he would give everything he have to obtain it for the master simply because of their pleas.

Most likely since Beowulf is designed after Tyler Durden. The difference though is Beowulf don't act on his violent impulse by terrorizing people, instead using that savage vigor to fight monsters threatening people instead. From his CE text, he seemed pretty okay in living a stable and peaceful life while defending it, so he adapt pretty well.
Is there any translation of Fionn's personal skills and noble phantasms?
I really wish she had a better artist in GO.
