Holmes has Detective Reasoning, maybe that works for knowing the True Name of Servants based on their actions and items they possess. It's a pity that from all the active skills that are explained in Holmes' profile, this is the only one that isn't explained.

It would also be interesting to know how this skill works against somebody with Information Erasure. My assumption is that it negates those skills or makes it very easy to counter its effects if it's at the same rank or higher (and harder for the skill to counter them at lower rank), but again, no info...

I'm guessing it was just excluded for gameplay purposes, although I wouldn't be surprised if this were one of those cases where a class skill is exchanged for something else. It would be fitting if Sherlock's version of True Name Discernment didn't just hand him the name on a platter, but gave him the means to figure it out himself. Would be consistent with his other skills.

The supreme privilege, the hero's greatest of esoterica usable only in the movie version.
A super power up by expending 100% NP. A super buff of a similar type to Tamamo-chan Summer's Goddess Transformation.
Randomly bestows miraculous effects such as super increase to offensive power, invincibility and recovery to entire party, and an acquisition of a large amount of stars. Unmistakably a gambler skill.
However, perhaps because it is a skill that displays each effects against formidable enemies, but during the occasion that such an enemy that does not depend on the system shows in front of her can a miracle happens only with this skill.

Sorry, but what's "sunkei"? Is it some kind of martial arts style, or is it a specific maneuver?

Sunkei is a kind of powerful Karate punch that uses supposedly 17 joints (or more). The one-inch punch is possible with this move, and there's a Karate video on Youtube that demonstrates this on a stack of tiles. Tooshi/Toushi just means "straight through", referring to the sentence that it looks like Tarasque is being damaged, but it's just Martha using a series of Sunkeis going through Tarasque to damage the opponent. Tooshi could be a double meaning for a performance as well.
