Some of these confuse me, like how I didn't manage to get Jack the Ripper to the absolute bottom or how Alter and Lily come before quite a few others, but whatever my top 3 is accurate. Shame that Okita, Shiki, Herc etc. basically my top 4-30 are a bit messed up. I did however sometimes go on auto-pilot and messed some things up by going too fast. Maybe I should've used ties less too. Might redo that grueling treck. Bedivere is also a bit too high up, but I'd say top ten to fifteen fits him so it's a minor issue.
Edit: Wow, Siegfried is low... Below Nero, somehow. Also I'm not sure if gameplay factors into this, but it didn't for me.
