Related to that, she can also be quite insensitive: there's a good moment in the UBW route after her date with Shirou where she berates him for not just saying he had a good day, for instance (I mean, she had no way of knowing about the fire and everything, but it never even crossed her mind he might have a good reason for his hang-ups), and arguably the Heaven's Feel route could have turned out differently if, instead of trying to uphold her notion of an ideal magus and emotionally deaden herself so she could kill Sakura if needed, she had just shown some empathy to Sakura.

Plus, clumsy is someone who, I don't know, drops what they're carrying, trips, falls on their ass, etc. That's not how she goofs up.

To be fair, was Shirou being evasive or showing signs he was unhappy but just wasn't telling anyone or trying to hide his dissatisfaction or what?

I mean what ways could Rin have handled that better when she didn't know the landmines she might be stepping on there?

I guess the energy drain thing has merit, but Araragi would need to not chicken out to get the fluids going with Hanekawa.

Not saying anything is an option. Just asking if there's something wrong and if he wants to talk about it is another. Or, to try and keep it more in character for Rin, she could have just gone for light teasing or mild frustration.

Yeah but her armor is more about inspiring terror then it is on practicality. Plus hers isn't the worse Servant pair of armor in a long shot.

Not really any more of a pain in the ass to move around in than any other armor in general.

And honestly skirted armor is easier for leg mobility than strapping shit directly to your thighs.

it likes, keep on hitting my thighs when im running with it, and it wasnt even a really big one

much prefer ones that doesnt go full gown and stop slightly below crotch level

Of course its going to hit your thighs if its hanging free compared to strapping it down. But that's not really inhibiting anything.

I mean, running around with a scabbard hanging from your body or such is also gonna be noticeable at first, but it's not actually doing anything.

Also boy is sitting a lot easier if your legs are free.

i mean i can only tell you my experience
its honestly annoying when its flapping like that, and it actually inhibits leg manuveur slightly
i mean i never do a serious LARP session but the one time i did a casual one it really affects my movement

i dont know what kind you wear that you can sit with it, but i legit cant sit comfortably this one time i wear a slightly bigger, unpartitioned skirt armor cuz the whole thing is like rigid.

There are good reasons why armored skirt is not a thing:
1) messes with footwork in actual fighting since you're constantly hitting it;
2) your waist has to support all that shit, which i guess would make your feet faster, but 1)

It does, but that effect never actually comes up so it's a fairly useless skill.
