I don’t consider her one. Like basically, Fran shouldn’t have left as early as she did; and since Mord teams up with the heroes later, there really was no point in having anyone lose their life to her—esp. with the likes of Adam, Darnicula all around the corner that had little tension to resolve them.

It would have been nice thematically for Fran to sacrifice herself against Adam, since they both are kind of a similar concept. Machines meant to create a more perfect humanity, and Avicebron actually praises Victor as a genius for Fran's creation.

We still don't even really know what Watcher is yet, or what the qualifying conditions for that Class are, do we? I'd hold off criticism until we find out more.

Fran was already badly damaged, not to mention losing an arm. Her battle capabilities were reduced to suicide bombing.

I think most people would have liked Sieg better if he had been a girl.

I mean, he already borrows parts from Illya (short lived overpowered homunculus) and Arc (nonhuman tin man that learns to human), then adds a dash of hot blooded hero of justice.

The only thing that really annoys me in FAp is the character design of Jack.

"Her character is shit but she's cute, so it's ok" is something I despise strongly. I'd have the same problem with Astolfo, but luckily he proved me wrong.
